Legal issues of “The Top Floor Renewable Energy Generation System” for residential or shared office buildings
According to “Apartment Building Regulations” article 31 and 33, the consensus of the building owners meeting can be used as the legal proof of renewable energy generation system under the necessary conditions of the approval from the authority and the consent letter from top floor owner.
