To whom is the “Taipei Municipal Self-Government Ordinance for Industrial Development” applicable? Can the small and medium enterprises or companies registered in other cities or counties submit the application?
The Self-Government Ordinance is applicable to the firms and small and medium enterprises (defined by Small and Medium Enterprise Administration, Ministry of Economic Affairs) registered in Taipei City according to the Company Law, there is no industry limitation; small and medium enterprises registered in other counties or cities are not applicable to the Self-Government Ordinance.
