Department of Economic Development

The Competent Authority for the operational procedure is the Taipei City Government, and rele-vant affairs are handled by the following government agencies: 

1.The Hi-Tech Promotion Center, Department of Economic Development: the window for receiv-ing applications. Please contact 02-2720-8889 ext. 1225 for inquiries.

2.Department of Urban Development: Responsible for preparing (revising) the operational proce-dure.

3.Department of Land Administration: Provides current land value and average value information.

4.Taipei City Construction Management Office: calculating the premium, approve or discontinue the sub-core industries.

5.Taipei City Urban Regeneration Office: receiving premium payments and issuing reminders.
