What should contract electric appliance installers do if they want to replace their original technicians with new ones? Can they dismiss their technicians first and recruit new ones afterwards?
According to the Bureau of Energy, Ministry of Economic Affairs, “If the full-time electrical technicians of contract electric appliance installers are dismissed or resign for some other reason, the installers should apply for a change of their electricity enterprise licenses, but they shouldn’t apply for dismissal registration.” Therefore, if contract electric appliance installers want to replace their original technicians with new ones, they should apply for the alteration of technicians. To sum up, they shouldn’t dismiss their technicians first and recruit new ones afterwards.
