If the report of hot spring standard inspection is negative,

1. and if you never receive the hot spring standard inspection report before, you shall not obtain the hot spring license and need not to compliance with the hot spring act. You only need to apply the general water right pursuant to Water Act. That means you cannot use “hot spring” for your water right. 
2. and if you have obtained the “hot spring water right” and business permit to use hot spring legally, the authorities shall revoke all the relevant licenses and permits.
