If a company has already applied or obtained subsidies from other government entities, can it still apply for incentives or subsidies according to “Taipei Municipal Self-Governance Ordinance for Industrial Development”?
If the same or similar project has been granted by other government entity, the Investor shall not be allowed to apply for such incentives or R&D subsidies in accordance to “Taipei Municipal Self-Governance Ordinance for Industrial Development”.
