Are foreign investors allowed to apply for relevant incentives & subsidies according to the Self-Governance Ordinance?
Foreign investors are eligible to apply as long as they obtain permission for investment from the Ministry of Economic Affairs in accordance to the Foreign Investment Regulation, and are companies, sole-proprietor or partnership companies registered in Taipei City, and there is no restriction to the industries.
