How to identify whether the investor can apply for the incentives & subsidies of the Taipei Municipal Self-Governance Ordinance for Industrial Development?

Investor should be a company, or a small or medium enterprise.
“Company” refers to a corporate entity incorporated in Taipei City in accordance with the Company Act.
“Small or medium enterprise” as defined by the Standards for Identifying Small and Medium Enterprises.
