Are foreign investors qualified for applying incentives & subsidies under the Taipei Municipal Self-Government Ordinance?
Foreign investors can be qualified applicants, if they get the investment permission from the Ministry of Economic Affairs in accordance to the Foreign Investment Regulation. The foreign investors can be companies, sole-proprietor or partnership companies registered in Taipei City. There are no specific requirements on applicant's industrial classification.
